Getting a plan. I talked this one over with my husband. As I mentioned before, I have tried South Beach and even counting calories. Thinking back as to why nothing ever stuck with me, I realized that I never actually sat down and wrote out a plan. How can I hold myself accountable if I don't have a set plan to follow? So here it goes...
- I'm counting calories
- Only eating 1 to 2 "good carbs" a day
- I will stop eating after the girls. That means no more "one for you, one for me" mentality when it comes to potty treats and snacks!
- I will exercise at least 3 days of the week. There is no excuse for me. I belong to a gym and the outdoors never go away!
- I will incorporate more fruits and veggies in my diet ( I don't get enough)
- Lots of water!!
- My husband and I are in this together; therefore, we will help keep each other in line!
- Of course, starting this blog!
