Weigh In!

Ok, today is October 1, and I am down a total of 8 pounds!  I don't have anything to write this minute on the book, but should get that done this weekend.  And I have to be honest, I am surprised I have lost those extra few pounds this week.  I have been sick and have not exercised since Monday.  Not good, I know.  I'm hoping to get back on track this week after I give myself the weekend to recover.  My lungs are not up to it yet!

  1. ok Steph. How are you doing? Are you feeling better? Still on track with eating and exercising? How was this week's weigh in? I'm praying for you. I initially lost about 4-5 pounds and have just been holding there for about a week or so. All in all I am happy with that, but want to buckle down and get with it. I started the couch to 5k this week and let's just say it didn't go so well. I am not giving up though. I just may have to slow it down a bit more than the program says, but I will get there. Missed seeing you this week. Hope to see you next Tuesday.
